    We are not responsible for delayed items due to the USPS. Once we ship an item we have no control over how long it will take. Most packages take 2-7 days for first class mail. 

  • RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

    If there is a problem with your order you must contact within 7 days of recieving them.

    We do not except returns on customized orders. Returns are excepted on drink stirrer sets as long as the package has not been opened. Once we receive the package we will issue refund. Buyer is responsible for return shipping label cost.  

    We do not offer refunds on items that are delayed due to shipping.
